Posted - 26 July 2008 : 14:24:46 Hi,
I petitioned for Bankruptcy on 16th June, which was granted, since then things have gone well, however recently I have been given a NT tax coding, and have to day received a letter from the OR asking me to sign a IPA for £216 per month until the end of the tax year, my question is that I think this is a little to high and believe it should be nearer to the £180 per month mark, is there any point in asking for it to be reduced?
Regards

Posted - 26 July 2008 : 14:58:32 Hi Delboy Welcome to the forum If you can evidence the fact that without the NT tax code your current income would be subject to £180 per month tax then, yes I would point this out to the OR, submit copies of the supportive evidence and ask them to review it.
Assisting where I can. |
