I am trying to fill in section 4 (secured creditors) I am trying to list 3 mortgages on our house, i can fill in the section 'amount owing' but when i fill in 'what was it for' and 'present value' do i just repeat the value of our home 3 times over? and do i have to divide the value between my husband and myself? Thanks for any help.

Assisting where I can.

The value should be the full value of the property and the amount owing should be the full amount also, the OR will calculate the split between your asset value and that of your husband.
