just attempting to fill in online forms statement of affairs. I am trying to fill in section 4 (secured creditors)
I am trying to list 3 mortgages on our house, i can fill in the section 'amount owing' but when i fill in 'what was it for' and 'present value' do i just repeat the value of our home 3 times over? and do i have to divide the value between my husband and myself? Thanks for any help.

yes the value and "Property" should be entered in all 3 lines where each of the 3 borrowings are noted.
The value should be the full value of the property and the amount owing should be the full amount also, the OR will calculate the split between your asset value and that of your husband.

Assisting where I can.

The 1st column on the left will make it clear to the OR that all 3 entries refer to the same property as you have to write the address of the property concerned here.
