You don't need to take bank statements to court, but the Official Receiver will request that they are sent in to them.
Posted - 31 July 2008 : 12:04:53 It seems online banking will only let you print off last 90 days and I dare not ring the bank as I probably will not get them in time now.

Posted - 31 July 2008 : 12:01:27 Yes sueann it is 12 months, if you have them to hand the examiner will be very pleased as you will have saved him a job, but if not he can apply to the bank for them anyway.
