Just wondered if anyone included their bank statements with their BR form when going to court? Is it 12 month the OR would want to look at?

Yes sueann it is 12 months, if you have them to hand the examiner will be very pleased as you will have saved him a job, but if not he can apply to the bank for them anyway.

Assisting where I can.

It seems online banking will only let you print off last 90 days and I dare not ring the bank as I probably will not get them in time now.

Hi sueann

You don't need to take bank statements to court, but the Official Receiver will request that they are sent in to them.
