Hi just had a thought, can my creditors still apply to get against us CCJ's, a charge on my home and also instigate baliffs once you have gone bankrupt.
Thanks
Jo

Hi to josilverplayboybunnie,

I wonder if in context with your question if an expert could answer regarding CCJ BEFORE one goes BR, what happens to them?
Does one keep paying it prior to BR or does one cancel it along with payments to all creditors?

Thank you josilverplayboybunnie for your original post, I hope you don't mind me adjoining to your post but it raised a question in my mind about CCJ prior to BR.

Thanks & warm regards,
Kathy.

I had a CCJ applied a month after I filed br but I've heard nothing. The only way I know is because I checked my credit file and it's on there.

Hi

Any CCJ's or charges on your property are invalid if applied after the date of the BO.

Hi Jo - Re CCJs and bailiffs, I believe the answer is "no", but an expert hopefully will verify this shortly.

OH and I just had our OR interviews. Would you like to get in touch to talk? If so, how do we go about exchanging e-mails and telephone numbers?
