John	Posted - 07 August 2008 : 11:30:14 Hi I'm sure zoe is right. As you know there is a landmark case going on at the high court regarding reclaim of bank charges. Everyone with a claim is watching and waiting for the outcome. Even if the test claim case is upheld and the banks admit liability, in BR, if you owed the bank more than you could reclaim, I don't think you would see 1p. www.Bankruptcyhelp.org.uk 0800 078 9367
