Posted - 10 August 2008 : 14:00:19 Hi Vacs.
In My case Barclays who had frozen my current account have let me open a basic account, which although it doesn't provide a debit card allows me to have direct debits. Before this was set up I was having to pay cash into bank accounts for a month, tiresome and unreliable, I had my phone blocked when the payment disappeared for three weeks and although they put it back on as soon as I contacted them it happened another twice till they found the money. |
