AZZ	Posted - 18 August 2008 : 14:32:03 Hi, im Azz, I have for the past few years been running away from my debt and now I need to start fresh. Its all my fault really, I got married my other half started to stress the hell out of my and I turned into a gambler, owning £1000's to the bank, and now I want to start fresh, with a new life. My question is, I dont own any thing at all nothing (except my clothes and mobile phone) do you think im going the right way going bankcrupt? my current debt is £12,000 but I do work but only get left with £145 after all expenses are paid. I might have told you too much! but rather tell then not tell. Regards Azz. CAN'T THINK OF ONE YET!

John	Posted - 18 August 2008 : 14:56:42 Hi Azz Bankruptcy is certainly an option to you but with £12K debt, IVA is not. Or you could choose to enter a debt management plan.
