Posted - 27 January 2010 : 14:05:24 Hi all
Reading prev posts about good old Natwest letting people keep bank accounts during and after BR...I wonder the following:
Who actually makes the decision to let f.ex me keep my wonderful basic STEP account?? I have never had any debts or other accounts with Natwest and my account is running smoothly every month. Do I literally go into my local branch and the manager decides....?
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I think this is at the discretion of the bank manager as normally you are advised to contact the local branch rather than contacting a call centre.
Thanks so much for you reply GOOD!! I believe I may even stand a small chance keeping my beloved Natwest Step account then...fingers crossed!!
