Hi all

I have debt of £52000 on credit cards some of these credit cards I have my wife as additional card holder is this classified as joint account.?

Leen.ow is correct, if she didn't sign the credit agreement and just has an additional card then she will not be liable for the debt if you declare BR.

I don't think so. If she is an additional card holder it will probably just be your signature on the credit agreement. Not 100% on this so maybe an expert will be along shortly to confirm!
