Posted - 03 February 2010 : 16:52:35 Hi. I was wondering if the £2,500 valuation is combined assets. For example my car is worth approximately £1,800 and I wondered if this would mean I would not be able to keep other items of value such as my TV etc should I go bankrupt.

Any household items worth less than £1k are safe and a car worth less than £2k is also fine provided the OR deems you need the car for work.
