Hi. I was wondering if the £2,500 valuation is combined assets. For example my car is worth approximately £1,800 and I wondered if this would mean I would not be able to keep other items of value such as my TV etc should I go bankrupt.

Thanks for your help

Chris

I am not sure what you mean by the £2500 valuation.

Any household items worth less than £1k are safe and a car worth less than £2k is also fine provided the OR deems you need the car for work.
