If I have seperated from my partner can the court take items from her address that ive left her while we were together

It is unlikely that the court will take any items from your when you declare BR. Any household items worth less than £1k are safe and any vehicles will depend on their value (£2k is normally the limit) and whether you need a car/bike to travel to work.
