Posted - 18 February 2010 : 11:29:07 Before you make yourself BR it would be worth talking to your IP as they may be able to give you a payment break whilst you are looking for work.

as you have mentioned about an IVA you will need to speak to your provider and obtain a certificate of non compliance, you will not be able to go BR without it

Posted - 17 February 2010 : 01:11:01 hi and welcome to the forum in BR if you have a need for a vehicle ie to get to work or look for work then the OR will generally allow you up to £2000 value so as long as you can prove a need for it you should be ok
