i was self-employed and i am considering going bankrupt do i need my tax returns to apply for bankruptcy or can i submit the forms with out my tax returns |

tax due upto your BR date will be included
tax debt occurred after BR date is not

thank you for the reply.
when i have gone BR am i still reqiured to pay any outstanding tax or will that bill also be covrered by BR ?

you do not need your tax returns to submit the BR forms
you will need to list your income or expected income
