i was self-employed and i am considering going bankrupt do i need my tax returns to apply for bankruptcy or can i submit the forms with out my tax returns

hi and welcome to the forum
you do not need your tax returns to submit the BR forms
you will need to list your income or expected income

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman)
RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!

thank you for the reply.
when i have gone BR am i still reqiured to pay any outstanding tax or will that bill also be covrered by BR ?

tax due upto your BR date will be included
tax debt occurred after BR date is not
