Hi I was declared b/r on Monday,and i was also in an Iva to which failed,my o/r as ask for my Iva petition please could a ask why she would need that.

The OR is gathering information, they need the petition to confirm the debt figures normal process

as Richard has said it is quite normal to cross check numbers
