I was made BR yesterday wasn,t nearly as bad as I thought over and done in 2 hours!!
just a quick question what is the OR likely to do as i,m currentley not working have no assests and live in a rented house also i,ve heard that I have to pay the OR how does that work? BIG THANKS to everyone for their help and advice.

The OR will confrim the information that you have provided in your statement of affairs.

They will enquire about assets and if they can locate any assets will arrange sale on behalf of creditors.

The Or will also look into your current income and expenditure, should they believe that you have an excessive disposable income they will arrange for you to pay a sum into an IVA (payments via moon beaver)

they calculate disposable income over £99 a percentage goes towards the Iva

well doen for BR welcome to a debt free life
