Posted - 23 February 2010 : 12:50:37 It took 15 weeks for my ED letter to come through. I posted it back in October and received it in February. I know the ORs are very busy at the moment. They will let you know as soon as they can dont worry.

Posted - 22 February 2010 : 16:02:16 That depends upon how busy the court are. Normally a week or so but an ED is at the bottom of their priority list.
Keep checking the Register as it showed my ED before I received any confirmation from the OR.
