My OR informed me my ED papers have been sent to the court its been 3 weeks now how long does it take a court to rubber stamp early discharge forms

That depends upon how busy the court are. Normally a week or so but an ED is at the bottom of their priority list.

Keep checking the Register as it showed my ED before I received any confirmation from the OR.

if the courts are extremely busy,can they just not get around to it and the ED never happens.

It took 15 weeks for my ED letter to come through. I posted it back in October and received it in February. I know the ORs are very busy at the moment. They will let you know as soon as they can dont worry.
