gettingoutofdebt	Posted - 10 March 2010 : 14:41:41 Have a look on http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/forms/englandwalesforms.htm Scroll down the list and there will be a 'Statement of Affairs (Debtors Petition) (Guidance Notes)' form towards the bottom of the list. Yes, these two forms are the only one's required. Currently the BR fee is £510 however it's going up to £600 in April.
