Can I access an 'idiot's guide on the completion of forms 6.27 & 6.28. It's understood these are the only forms I need to present to court (along with £510!)

Have a look on http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/forms/englandwalesforms.htm

Scroll down the list and there will be a 'Statement of Affairs (Debtors Petition) (Guidance Notes)' form towards the bottom of the list.

Yes, these two forms are the only one's required. Currently the BR fee is £510 however it's going up to £600 in April.
