Posted - 16 March 2010 : 11:12:08 just got back from court and as of 10.17 i am bankrupt. everything went fine and 2 minutes with the judge and that was it. just a little worried about interview with or because i obtained credit cards by saying i was working when i was not. |

Just be upfront with the OR - they will appreciate honesty.

The answer to your question depends on the amounts involved and the actual circumstances - as chester2005 said - generally the OR isn't too concerned about the history.
He wouldn't normally, as far as I am aware, ask to see a copy of the application forms for the credit cards.

Posted - 16 March 2010 : 16:10:34 welcome to the first day of your debt free life generally the OR is not interested how you managed to get the credit facility just what you did with the money and when, i wouldn't worry about it.
