Posted - 29 March 2010 : 21:48:23 I would like to declare myself bankrupt, what happens to a guarantor loan i have. My guarantor is on a debt management programme and can't pay the loan this is worrying me and preventing me from going bankrupt thanks.

If you do not get an answer you want to hear can I suggest that you email one of the experts direct, they may have a different option.
Think they are all very busy with end of year run
