Posted - 07 April 2010 : 16:08:30 I went bankrupt last year 1st May to be exact, and was discharged in October. The last couple of weeks I have had a couple of phone calls from fairfax solicitors, asking me to confirm my details and they tell me that they have sent a letter to my wrong address regarding some matter or other. I asked what it was about and they said they cant reveal until i go through scurity info with them, of which i am not prepared to do expecially as they dont even have my correct address!!! has anybody else had contact from this company following a bankruptcy??? i basically told them that they have no business calling my number as i have no reason to require them!!!

I beleive that fairfax are a subsidury of one of the credit card companies
you should just be able to give them your BR reference and court then they will go away but to do that you have to then pass their security questions
If you google the company name, you will get a correspondence address perhaps write and enclose a copy of your BR papers
