Posted - 12 April 2010 : 12:36:01 If you are on a long term benefit, such as incapacity benefit, employment support allowance etc then the OR can ask for an IPA if you have a disposable income over the £100 threshold

Posted - 11 April 2010 : 14:30:16 If you are on benefits you will not get an IPA and hence pay nothing. The OR will only take moneys if you have a surplus after your SOA. |
