Hi Housing and thanks for your help.
So after missing my first CCj payment they (ceditor) would have to go through a recovery action...this takes normally how long..?
As my previous posts I am very soon(finally)to be awarded comp money from a RTA and this should be with me anytime between 10May-24May... so I should max miss two CC payments just before I go to court.

Depends on the terms of the court order.
I assume that you had a judgement debt registered and it will have "terms" as set out by the court.
If you miss the repayments as set out in the order, then they will start recovery action - they cannot simply get a bailiff to attend, there is a set process and your creditor will have to go back to enforce the judgment.
