Posted - 26 April 2010 : 23:34:11 hi my wife is bankrupt since feb 2010,we have just sold our property and there will be 30,000 equity,minus fees solicitors, agents which is 5000, as im not bankrupt i assume i will receive 12500 as my share? are we allowed to deduct moving costs from the equity as well and any other expenses incurred??

The OR will try to take the lot adn then after argument give you your share.
think you will have to ask about her share of moving costs
