hi my wife is bankrupt since feb 2010,we have just sold our property and there will be 30,000 equity,minus fees solicitors, agents which is 5000, as im not bankrupt i assume i will receive 12500 as my share? are we allowed to deduct moving costs from the equity as well and any other expenses incurred??
