Posted - 27 April 2010 : 06:15:32 i own stocks jointly with my wife. i alone filed for bankruptcy and was discharged. the trustee is now trying to take all the stocks from this account. my attorney let the court know that this is a joint acccount. we are now waiting for the trustees final say. can he take all the stocks even if my wife owns half ????
