i own stocks jointly with my wife. i alone filed for bankruptcy and was discharged. the trustee is now trying to take all the stocks from this account. my attorney let the court know that this is a joint acccount. we are now waiting for the trustees final say. can he take all the stocks even if my wife owns half ????

Were the stocks in both your names during bankruptcy?
