Posted - 24 June 2010 : 05:56:53 I went BR at Canterbury court and my OR was from the Whitstable office. I was looking at the Insolvency website this morning and my case has now moved to the National Dividends Unit in Croyden. What does this mean?, I wasn't informed of this........ 7 days to go until AD (and no IPA yet, still dreading the postman) Take care everyone Steve |

Posted - 24 June 2010 : 09:01:46 Very strange - my OR was Croydon and my case moved to RTLU at Whitstable!
To be honest I wouldn't have thought that you'd get an IPA now as you've only got 7 days left.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
35 IPA payments made, 1 to go - 5 days and counting! |

Posted - 24 June 2010 : 08:02:21 Hi Debtinfo The only thing that has been paid in was the money from my nil tax code and a bonus I received at work. Does this mean the OR is finished with me and as I don't have an IPA in place I wont get one? Thanks for your help |
