I went BR at Canterbury court and my OR was from the Whitstable office. I was looking at the Insolvency website this morning and my case has now moved to the National Dividends Unit in Croyden. What does this mean?, I wasn't informed of this........ 7 days to go until AD (and no IPA yet, still dreading the postman) Take care everyone Steve
NDU, is just the department that deals with spliting any money received amongst your creditors, i take t there must havebeen something that was realised during the case
Hi Debtinfo The only thing that has been paid in was the money from my nil tax code and a bonus I received at work. Does this mean the OR is finished with me and as I don't have an IPA in place I wont get one? Thanks for your help
