Say when you go into bankrptcy and after the whole going through court they dont declare you totally bankrupt.. because they feel you are still able to make a monthly payment.. Is this likely to happen? If so how much are they likely to take say for example of a debt of £10000 and how log for? years? Thanks from Clive :D
