I am 6 months into my bankrupcy, I have had an accident and waiting for a compensation payout. Will I have to declare this and will I be allowed to keep the compensation |

If the compensation is for personal injury then the OR cannot take it. |

was the accident before or after the bankruptcy date.
Is the compensation purely for personal injury or is their any loss of earnings or damage to property included |
