Posted - 24 September 2010 : 22:24:30 Hi As a sole trader br is different than if you were employed.
You can continue as a sole trader but would need to continue in br in the same trading name as before br. This is the tricky bit with a bank account. It is highly unlikely that you will be allowed by the bank to have a separate business account.
You should also take advice about stock, premises, commercial insurance, taking deposits etc etc.
Really worth you having a phone call with one of the experts to go through your options.
