The redundancy money is his and unfortunately you haven't got a claim on it.
If you are open with the OR there is a chance that they will allow you to retain some to get you by until other work comes in

Posted - 04 October 2010 : 19:04:57 If he is made redundant during bankruptcy then he must declare this to the OR as per his duties on form NTB2 that he signed. The rane of punishments for not doing this and giving the money to you can vary depending on the circumstances up to and including prosecution and imprisonment for him and recovery of the money from you including recovery of property and assets
