keeping of your property in bankruptcy and the costs depends on the amount of equity (or not ) in the property.
It also depends if it is sole ownership or joint.
you do not always need a solicitor to help with the buying back of the beneficial interest, as the official reciever appoints a solicitor, but yo have to pay a fee towards the costs

Posted - 19 November 2010 : 20:18:24 well you have to pay for the OR's solicitor which is £211 for a jointly owned property and about £470 for a solely owned property. Your solicitor if you use one will be whatever they charge you
