whats the cost to hire the solicitor to keep the property through the bankcruptcy?

well you have to pay for the OR's solicitor which is £211 for a jointly owned property and about £470 for a solely owned property. Your solicitor if you use one will be whatever they charge you

welcome to the forum

keeping of your property in bankruptcy and the costs depends on the amount of equity (or not ) in the property.

It also depends if it is sole ownership or joint.

you do not always need a solicitor to help with the buying back of the beneficial interest, as the official reciever appoints a solicitor, but yo have to pay a fee towards the costs
