Posted - 12 December 2010 : 20:32:13 Hi all. This is not actually to do with bankruptcy but found site so helpful when we did go bankrupt thst thought someone might be able to help. I have just started my maternity leave from work and i was wondering if anyone knew whehter you have to pay tax and national insurance contributions out of Statutory maternity pay? I am currently bankrupt but dont pay anything as disposable income not high enough , so my tax code is just the normal. Thanks in advance if snyone can help.
