Hi

Sorry to read of your troubles.

Seems to me that you need to seek advice now and get that advice from some agency that is able to advocate on your behalf.

Look at the left of the page and click on experts - then contact one of the experts who will point you in the right direction.

Go back to the CAB and insist that you see a senior member of staff to assist you. It seems to me that they are not acting as they should. You will be able to see one advisor if you ask (firmly) for this continuity. I worked as a CAB adviser and can assure you they will be concerned that they have not looked after you. They will do as much as you need and if you are not able to write on your own, tell them that and they will assist you

Good luck and post back

Hi Welshaly,

Reading some of your other posts, it seems this has gone on for some time. When do you think you will be able to get your BR fees? Have you actually taken advice and spoken to anyone?

The bankruptcy will cover any shortfall from the repossession so don't worry about that, but you did mention bailiffs in your other post, in which case, they could take your car.

Please take advice and keep posting. Once the bankruptcy is done, you will have the fresh start you need.
