Posted - 07 January 2011 : 18:07:42 i am 49yrs old and have debts of approx £35000 with various creditors,my monthly income is approx £1000 and my outgoings approx £800 have been advised by the C.A.B to go Bankrupt do you agree that this would be my best option..

As Viki says without knowing the full details it's difficult to advise you, as BR might not be your only option.
I would suggest you either contact any of the professional experts who post on here, or else have a look at www.iva.com and contact a couple of IPs for advice.
