They should not be texting you now that you are BR
Let them have your BR number and court reference and the date you went BR
Also worth mentioning to OR too.
They cannot now do anything as the debt will have been captured within your BR - Tell them that!

had a look at my credit file with checkmy file just one default account with no ccjs appearing

Posted - 15 January 2011 : 13:57:21 I had tons of them, and actually Mercers did eventually turn up after about 8 months of non payment. She was a nice lady and I explained I was going through an IVA, she then left. They are just debt collectors, not baliffs and the chances of them of turning up are slim.
Just ignore it.
