Posted - 15 January 2011 : 19:10:33 before i went br i had some ccj's against me allthough i put these on my form as a debt the status of them on my credit file has not changed even though i have now been discharged. the company who the or completed this said they could not be included and they are seperate to my br. where do i stand with them ?do they stay on my credit file for six years what if the company demand the money for them ?

Your debts with CCJ's should have been included in your bankruptcy and the debts will now have been written off. Whilst the CCJ's cannot be phyically removed from your credit file for six years, the accounts shoi uld be showing aa being satisfied. If I were you, I would speak again to the OR as the creditors in question are being extremely unfair and cannot do what they are doing.
