Dear Steve.cn

Your debts with CCJ's should have been included in your bankruptcy and the debts will now have been written off. Whilst the CCJ's cannot be phyically removed from your credit file for six years, the accounts shoi uld be showing aa being satisfied. If I were you, I would speak again to the OR as the creditors in question are being extremely unfair and cannot do what they are doing.

All the best.

Good afternoon,

I agree with the other replies.

Speak to the OR and he/she will resolve

Good luck, Housing
