If your car is worth more than about £2k then you will probably have to sell it and buy a cheaper one.

Yes, as has been said contact the CAB or the experts on the left of the page.
Too general a point to give any helpful comments to you.

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum.
I suggest you take advice from an expert on here or the CAB. It's such a general question that without knowing your situation, we couldn't answer it.
