So many questions! I do not owe money on any of my utilities, mobile phone, council tax etc. Does this mean they will be kept out of the BR? I would much prefer them to be left out of it if possible. Will they be informed of my BR and are there any repercussions if so? Many thanks

Hi SATAL,
if you are not in arrears(i.e. missed monthly payments, quarterly payments etc) and are up to date, then there is no need to list them as a creditor. The only way they could know is if they checked the insolvency register, but they don't as a matter of course, so as long they are paid on time there shouldn't be any problems,
