So many questions! I do not owe money on any of my utilities, mobile phone, council tax etc. Does this mean they will be kept out of the BR? I would much prefer them to be left out of it if possible. Will they be informed of my BR and are there any repercussions if so? Many thanks |

Hi SATAL, if you are not in arrears(i.e. missed monthly payments, quarterly payments etc) and are up to date, then there is no need to list them as a creditor. The only way they could know is if they checked the insolvency register, but they don't as a matter of course, so as long they are paid on time there shouldn't be any problems,
