and finally, i want to move in with a friend who says for £100 per week and 50% of all the bills i can. This suits me as their is a spare bedroom for my son to visit.
Is this permissible? will my friend be expected to disclose their finances???

Hi there
the rent seems fine, so no worries on that point, your friend will just be traeted as your 'landlord' though i would say that i would state a whole amount for the month including bills, rather than £100 per week plus bills - as technically the bills are in your friends name and therefore their responsibility. There would be nothing wrong in you paying say £500 inclusive per month

As for your bankruptcy - this is personal against you - your friend, nor their address will be affected in anyway, and will not have to disclose income etc, they only need to be able to provide thier name as your 'landlord'

Hope this helps
Melanie

Thats great news, what about an upfront 3mth deposit? is that allowed?

I had my tel interview with the OR last Monday 14th. Went through a 2hr interview and she told me to go sort a few things out to which ive since replied by email yesterday. How long should i wait for her to get back in touch?

Also am i allowed money to complete my divorce??
